Quartermelon was created in 2000 from the merger of a large UK based bookseller and a computer consultancy company. This combination has allowed us to develop state of the art computer software to link with the leading publisher's warehouses to provide an easy and low cost purchase of most books currently in print.

In addition we link to specialist book printers who can print (on demand) any single book for a customer from millions of "out of print" books within a few days.

Quartermelon is headquartered in Stratford Upon Avon in the UK, our warehouses and "print on demand" printers are located across the world, providing fast delivery to most parts of the world.

We sell books to customers from all over the world.

We keep our prices very low by using our purchasing power and operating on very low margins.

We are opening new international sales offices to provide local customer service across the world.

We are continually increasing our catalogue of books and our aim is to have every available book (from the popular to the obscure) listed.

Our range of Print on Demand services will increase, with the goal of providing as many "out of print" books as possible.
